Welcome From Fiona Ferguson ~ Life Coach

I am a life coach based in Somerset, England.   In addition to personal coaching, I also facilitate courses for women who are going through periods of change and transition in their lives. 

I have an education degree and a postgraduate degree in complementary therapies. I trained as a coach with the respected Coaching Academy. I am also a trained funeral celebrant with the British Humanist Association. 

I have more than thirty years experience of working creatively on personal and organisational development and change, mostly in voluntary sector health agencies and in adult learning in the UK and abroad.

We all have to deal with change in our lives but how to cope well with change is not something we are taught as we grow up.  Some of us come to appreciate the opportunities that change brings to our lives but most of us resist it and, as a result, feel threatened and insecure.  

I see change as an inevitable part of life and I welcome it.  I am here to support you if you are facing major changes in your life, whether from making choices such as improving your work/life balance or because of circumstances like redundancy, divorce, or retirement.

The combination of my skills, experience, empathy and humour, will inspire and energise you to use this challenging time as an opportunity for you to achieve your full potential.
